Perci, the Vampire Fairy Deer: Bio

Perci Lancer was once a charismatic and lively young prince, who had great hopes and dreams for the future of his kingdom. He was known for his outstanding optimism and willingness to help the citizens of his land in any way he could.      

  Perci was also in love, with a mysterious female Fairy Deer. Every night after his duties taking care of the kingdom he would meet her in the forest behind his kingdom, where they would talk and share tea. He dreamed he would marry her one day. But one night, she wasn't there. Instead nestled in the grass was her ruby amulet. Perci picked it up, and used all his intuition to find where she went. He asked the people of his kingdom, they all helped the best they could but none of them heard where she disappeared to. That is until and old traveling Fairy Deer told him of the Dark One. A fairy deer gone mad. A man obsessed with shadow and beauty. Perci knew, he was the one who took his love.

    The young prince went out into the darkness to retrieve her. After a days worth of travel he came upon the Dark One's lair. He snuck into the dungeon and freed her, but his timing was off. Just as they were leaving the cave the Dark One appeared and made a grab for the girl. Perci shoved her out of the way just as the Dark One's foul teeth sunk in the nape of his neck. The girl escaped, and the shock of a missed target was enough for Perci to flee too. 

    They retreated to their spot in the woods when something strange happened, Perci's fur turned from a light purple to a deep indigo and a white stripe appeared in his hair. Perci had become a vampire. Frightened his love fled to the kingdom. He attempted to follow, and quickly noticed the fear on the citizen's faces when he arrived in his current state. The kingdom knew a vampire when they saw one, and he was quickly cast out of the kingdom for the safety of the citizens. 

Alone, sad, and unwanted. Perci traveled the land. He fed off of sugar for energy, and as a result never slept more then a few hours. He could always take comfort in his affinity for dreams, for every night he could manipulate his dream world to feel as real as reality. And every night he would dream about his life as a prince, and the love of his life and it would make him feel a little less alone.

    Perci now resides in a small village in the forest where he owns a dream therapy shop. In the shop he can manipulate customers so that they have wonderful dreams, and in some cases, make them feel like they are interacting with a dead friend or loved one as if they were alive. This is because even though he is no longer a prince, he still feels the need to make people's lives better in any way he can. He hopes that one day, he can find a fairy deer who will make his life better in the same way.

Also he now hides the fact that he is a vampire, by always wearing his kingdom's cloak over the bite scars on his neck and by filing his teeth. 

I will probably draw a comic strip or something to illustrate the story better, until then this will have to do for now
